Missing required field "updated" in Rich Snippet Tools - Solved

Why This Error Occurs:

This error occurs because Google cannot recognize your post publish date.So following below steps will remove this error by adding a code for it which will help Google to get the publish date of the post.

Solution For Missing Required Field Updated.

• Log in to your Blogger Account.
• Go to Templates >> Edit HTML.
• Tick Expand Widget Templates.
• Find for <data:post.timestamp/> tag.
• Replace it with the below code.

• Now, click on Save The Template. 

So now your blog will not show any error of missing required field update in Webmaster Tools Rich Snippets.
